Phrase 1: “get slammed”
「一巻の終わり」（5:40）
(Haldman: over the phone) We’re gonna get slammed once those EPA subpoenas are executed.
If I don’t do something now, I’m gonna lose the company.
It’s all on that Cayman’s flight.
All the assets, everything.
（ホールドマン：電話越しに）「環境保護局に召喚されたら一巻の終わりだ。
ここで手を打たなければ、私は全てを失ってしまう。
ケイマン行きの飛行機に全てが掛かってるんだ。
『資産』を全部乗せるんだぞ。何もかもだ。」
“get slammed”は「一巻の終わり」という意味です。
“EPA”は、”Enviromental Protection Agency”（環境保護局）の略です。
“subopena”は、”subpena”とも書きますが、当局が事件の関係者から事情聴取するために「召喚する」またはそのための「召喚状」という意味です。
“Cayman”は、”tax haven”（租税回避地）として有名なケイマン諸島の事です。
Phrase 2: “goof off”
「失敗する」（36:05)
(Nate) Listen to me! You can do this! I trust you!
No matter how many times you goof off or screw up,
you always come through in the clutch.
You’re the only guy I can count on in a situation like this.
（ネイト）「良く聞け！お前ならできる！信じてるぞ！
お前はよく失敗もするが、
いつも窮地を切り抜けているだろ。
今、頼れるのはお前だけなんだ。」
“goof off”は「失敗する」「へまをする」という意味です。
“come through in the clutch”という表現もその後に出てきますが、
「窮地を脱する」という意味です。
Phrase 3: “smoking gun”
「決定的証拠」(40:02)
(Nate) Hardison, your guy’s about to find out the smoking gun isn’t dead.
Get out of there.
（ネイト）「ハーディソン、会社の連中はすぐに決定的証拠が生きている事を突き止めるだろう。
そこから脱出しろ。」
“smoking gun”は「決定的証拠」という意味です。
銃を撃った後に銃口から煙が出る事から、「犯行の証拠」の比喩として使われます。
