あらすじ
【LEVERAGE（レバレッジ）】は、ざっくり言うと、
「悪いお金持ちを、5人の詐欺師が懲らしめる」
というストーリーです。
この回の主なプロット：
- 5人の詐欺師登場
- 航空会社の社長に仕返しをする
Phrase 1: “Drop the spike.”
「クソをしろ。」（9:52）
(Hardison) Come on, baby.
Got all the designs, got all the backup.
We’re leaving as covered.
(Nate) Drop the spike.
(Elliot) Did you give’em a virus?
（ハーディソン）「よし。
設計図は全部いただいたぞ。バックアップもな。
これで気付かれる事もない。」
（ネイト）「汚物をバラ撒いておけよ。」
（エリオット）「ウィルスを流したのか？」
“Drop the spike.”は「クソをしろ。」という意味です。
データ強奪の隠ぺい工作の一つとして、ハーディソンはウィルスをサーバに仕込んだようです。
ウィルスを「汚物」に見立てています。
Phrase 2: “double cross”
「裏切る」（16:22）
(Hardison) Why would Dubenich lie to us?
(Nate) Because you are thieves.
If he hired to you for a straight up crime, You’ll know he’s bad guy like you, you’d be suspicious.
This way you saw just another citizen, in over his head and that’s why you didn’t see the double cross coming.
（ハーディソン）「なんで、ドゥベニチは嘘をついたんだ？」
（ネイト）「君たちが盗人だからだ。
もし奴が君たちを犯罪のために雇ったなら、君たちは奴を疑っただろう。
あいつは善良な市民のフリをして君たちに頼んだんだ。
見事に君たちは騙されたわけだ。」
“double cross”は「裏切る」「騙す」という意味です。
Phrase 3: “finder’s fee”
「仲介手数料」(29:16)
(Sophy) The gentlemen bringing this opportunity to work with their government,
they’re expect some compensation.
Not a bribe, of course.
(Dubenich) A finder’s fee.
(Sophy) Exactly.
（ソフィー）「今回お会いいただく方々は政府関係者です。
彼らは見返りを求めています。
もちろん、賄賂ではありませんよ。」
（ドゥベニチ）「手数料というわけだな。」
（ソフィー）「そういう事です。」
“finder’s fee”は「斡旋手数料」「仲介手数料」という意味です。
